Junior Office Assistant


We are a dynamic and young team looking for assistant support to:

  • Answer and direct calls, take messages, provide general information;
  • Maintain a good informational system;
  • Perform a variety of routine typing assignments as appropriate to the position; operate a personal computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, labels, reports, and/or other materials;
  • Photocopy materials as requested; facsimiles; scan documents;
  • Establish, maintain and update files, records or other documents;
  • Making travel arrangements;
  • Assist office staff with various administrative matters;
  • Working hours: rotating shifts Monday – Friday (part time / full time).


  • Very good skills in written and spoken English;
  • Familiar with MS Word and Excel;
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus;
  • Excellent team-player, flexible and adaptable.
