3Pillar Global is inviting you to an eye-opening Internship experience between July 12th and September 10th 2021!

Your internship at 3Pillar Global will introduce you to the art of Software Development (one of the following: Java, Python)and QA Automation.

We are a digital services company that helps companies up their game in the digital economy, by creating value through product design and development.

DURING YOUR INTERNSHIP YOU’LL:

• Get hands-on experience and exposure to complex projects, where quality and craftsmanship are paramount
• Understand and work on various phases of the development lifecycle in an Agile environment
• Learn from and work with strong professionals who will be your spirit guides in this new experience
• Get feedback from mentors on your performance, get support on removing impediments, learn best practices
• Take control of the direction towards which you’d like to steer your skills & career development

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are currently enrolled at UTGA ("Computer Science And Automatic Department" - 3rd year) or UAIC (“Informatics Department” - 1st or 2nd year)
• You have basic OOP knowledge
• You are familiar with data structures and algorithms
• You have databases knowledge
• Networking knowledge is nice to have
• You are ready to challenge others and have your ideas challenged

SELECTION PROCESS

Step 1: We’re expecting your applications by March 19th

Step 2: If your CV is selected, we’ll be excited to meet you at a Group Assessment

Step 3: Going past the Group Assessment, we’ll want to arrange a one-to-one discussion to get to know you better

Step 4: We’ll be getting back to all candidates by the end of April
