Your internship as an integration engineer in the Telecom Core & Cloud team will enable you to experience what it means to be in the front line to deliver the newest technology to operators. You will have an excellent chance to see how theoretical aspects are put in practice. Currently, most of our projects have 5G Stand Alone/NFVi/Containerization exposure, along with the opportunity to develop automation skills (e.g. with Ansible/Python/Jenkins for those inclined towards coding). This is the environment you will be working in today, but you will also be among the first ones to have access to future technology advances. The assignment is for some of the largest, most well known and most innovative telecom operators in Europe.

You will:
- Cover configuration and integration of different NFVi products with regards to IP Networking, Infrastructure and Virtualization areas;
- Perform operation, administration and troubleshooting of NFVi Infrastructure;
- Prepare system, module and acceptance tests;
- Explore new technology/technical areas and grow within a team who shares knowledge and enables competence build;
- Work closely with the team and the customer.
Qualifications:
- Good foundation of Computer Science, Cloud Computing and Telecom;
- Linux/Unix knowledge (e.g. SysAdmin, Ubuntu OS, CentOS, etc.);
- Cloud Infrastructure knowledge (e.g. OpenStack, Virtual Machines, etc.);
- IP Networking knowledge (e.g. Routers, Switches, TCP/IP Networking, etc.);
- Nice to have scripting/automation knowledge (e.g. Python, Bash, Ansible, etc.);
- Very good English skills;
- Dedicated, motivated, pro-active and technology oriented;
- Reliable colleague, willing to network with other specialists;
- Flexible and adaptable;
- Passionate about improving, with a growth mentality;
- Pragmatic on various situations.
