About this opportunity
Your internship as Connected Vehicles Software Developer will guide you contributing to the evolution of Ericsson Connected Vehicles ecosystem. This includes innovative products and solutions which enable automakers to realize the full potential of connected vehicles. Our central platform is Connected Vehicles Cloud - this is a digital platform that enables vehicle manufacturers to rapidly develop and manage new services for their connected vehicles. Connected Vehicle Cloud allows our customers to think globally and easily manage security, connectivity, data management, analyses and everything else required to bring a new connected service to market and beyond.
You will be exposed to a complex architecture running on multiple continents, working with a global team where we promote innovation and encourage people to come up with new ideas and transform them in the future of our solution.
What you will do
- Work as part of an agile development team, participating in all aspects of the development process and product lifecycle
- Contribute to full lifecycle development phases that include: solution design, development, unit testing, integration and acceptance testing support
- Perform Java Enterprise Edition development ( including frameworks like Spring )
- Have exposure to Microservices and Cloud architectures
You will bring
- Good foundation of Computer Science.
- Java Enterprise Edition applications development
- Linux/Unix basic knowledge is nice to have.
- Very good English skills.
