Our Exciting Opportunity
Your internship as Connected Vehicles Unix/Linux engineer will guide you contributing to the evolution of Ericsson Connected Vehicles ecosystem. This includes innovative products and solutions which enable automakers to realize the full potential of connected vehicles. Our central platform is Connected Vehicles Cloud - this is a digital platform that enables vehicle manufacturers to rapidly develop and manage new services for their connected vehicles. Connected Vehicle Cloud allows our customers to think globally and easily manage security, connectivity, data management, analyses and everything else required to bring a new connected service to market and beyond.
You will be exposed to a complex architecture running on multiple continents, working with a global team where we promote innovation and encourage people to come up with new ideas and transform them in the future of our solution.
You will:
- Work as part of an agile development team, participating in all aspects of the development process and product lifecycle
- Unix/Linux system administration
- Troubleshoot platform components in all aspects: networking, operating system, memory, disk
- Create Automations and platform enhancements
- Use Cloud technologies services
Qualifications:
- Good foundation of Computer Science.
- Linux/Unix knowledge (e.g. SysAdmin, Ubuntu OS, CentOS, etc.).
- Nice to have scripting/automation knowledge (e.g. Python, Bash, Ansible, etc.).
- Very good English skills.
- Dedicated, motivated, pro-active and technology oriented.
- Reliable colleague, willing to network with other specialists.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Passionate about improving, with a growth mentality.
- Pragmatic on various situations.
