The Lenovo Solutions team is looking for a software solution engineer with knowledge of software architecture. The candidate will be a member of a global team and will have the opportunity to work with Datacenter hardware and solutions.

In this position, you will:

• Install and configure solution hardware (including servers, fabric and storage) and software (applications, OS, drivers and firmware)
• Work with real data center equipment and cutting-edge technologies
• Develop scripts to improve the current processes

Apply if you have:

• Linux usage/administration knowledge
• Good understanding of the networking stack
• Scripting skills (bash, Python)
• Debugging/troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills

Would be a plus:

• Previous Internship or past work experience
• Open source contributions
• Experience with BMC/IPMI
