The Lenovo Solution team is seeking a highly motivated student with knowledge regarding python development. You will be a member of a global team that is creating system management tools.

About the internship:

The paid internship will take three months (from July to September) with a full-time schedule and standard company benefits in order for you to have the complete Lenovo Employee Experience.

During this program, you will work on an end-to-end project, starting with the design and architecture to testing and implementation.
You will have constant guidance and support from our mentors and peers as well as the tools and learning platforms to help you succeed in the delivery of the project. At the end of the internship, you will have the chance of presenting your masterpiece project to Lenovo’s Management Team and unlock your technical abilities.

In this position, you will:

• Developing Python Modules and APIs
• Shaping and maintaining automation development environment (python libs, servers, virtual machines, databases)
• Follow a continuous “everything” approach (development, testing integration, and deployment)

Apply if you have:

• Problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking
• Good knowledge of Python programming
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Familiar with Linux/Unix
• Good English speaking and writing skills

Good to have:

• Previous experience with Django/Flask Framework
• Experience with a source code control system, GIT is preferred
• Some front-end development experience
• Experience with virtualization solutions
