- Design, simulation, and optimization of standard Cells circuits
- Layout standard Cells
- Characterization and modeling of standard Cells
Job Requirements
- CMOS circuit design, circuit simulation, design verification, modeling of Digital Libraries, understanding of digital circuits
- Knowledge of Cadence IC design tools would be a plus
- Programming in scripting languages (shell, Tcl, Perl Python, ...) would be a plus
- Ability to learn new technical skill and work in a fast paced, results oriented team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
The start date of the internship will be established together with the student after successfully passing the interview.
