We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our growing Engineering team. We need someone who is genuinely excited about new techniques, methodologies and ready to solve our colleagues security, performance and scalability issues.

What you will have to do:

• Install and reinstall operating systems and software on workstations (Windows 10, Ubuntu 18/20, MacOS);
• Troubleshoot software and hardware errors and problems;
• Maintaining hardware infrastructure (networking and servers);
• Manage hardware and software orders;
• Asset management and inventory.

Requirements:

• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills (laptops, desktops, printers);
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Ubuntu 18/20 and MacOS administration;
• Asset and order management;
• Ready to help your work buddies when they are in need;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
