Job Description

As HR Trainee in the Ubisoft 2022 internship program, you will assist Human Resources teams in Ubisoft, getting a better understanding of recruitment, admin & payroll and other HR areas.

Your main mission:

• Provide support on assigned administrative processes within the HR department

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment processes in the studio

o Learn about open roles and screen candidates

o Schedule candidates for interviews

o Update candidates’ databases etc.

• Offer support with new hired candidates

o Gather necessary documents

o Schedule medical exam and signing of contract etc.

• Learn and help in the process of onboarding candidates
