Are you interested in devices and user management within a company? What about using data to identify and automate repetitive support tasks? If yes, Adore Me seeks an IT OPS Support Intern to join the IT OPS Team.

The primary objective of this team is to provide a seamless experience tech-wise.

What you’ll do:

• Learn and get used to the mobile device management servers (MDMs) we use - JAMF and INTUNE;
• Monitor the company-managed devices to make sure they are up to date in check-in with our MDMs;
• Identify the users that need computer updates or operating system updates;
• Understand the video conferencing system we use and keep an eye on their parameters;

About you:

• Have hands-on experience with macOS and Windows operating systems;
• Understand the TCP/IP network stack;
• Understand the basics of video conferencing systems;
• Have strong quantitative and problem-solving skills;
• Are a creative thinker;
• Have intellectual curiosity and a passion for data and analysis;
• Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Experience with MDMs, networking, and CCNA is a plus but not required.
