The Integration System Support Intern supports the Integration Team by providing Level 1 support for the Integration Suite, monitoring interface flows, performing basic troubleshooting, and assisting with documentation and minor configuration updates. The role helps ensure system stability, enables early issue detection, and improves response times while contributing to cost‑effective IT solutions. The intern also supports the development of technology roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures at both business and enterprise levels.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor Integration Suite interface flows, alerts, and basic system notifications to detect issues early. • Perform first‑level troubleshooting such as checking logs, validating connectivity, and identifying recurring error patterns, similar to L1 support structures. Escalate issues to L2/L3 technical teams with clear documentation of findings and steps performed. • Assist with small configuration adjustments within the Integration Suite under supervision (e.g., updating parameters, adjusting non‑technical settings). • Support testing activities for new or updated integration flows by executing test scenarios and validating expected behavior, reflecting the testing activities referenced in Integration Suite project meetings. • Document common issues, troubleshooting steps, and operational guidelines to support continuous improvement of integration support processes. Maintain logs of incidents, resolutions, and improvement proposals based on monitored system behavior. • Work closely with Integration Analysts, Application Teams, and Infrastructure Support to align on incident handling and small changes. • Participate in team meetings, daily standups, or issue review discussions where integration activities are coordinated. • Communicate clearly and proactively when support is needed or when risks or anomalies are detected
