Description

We are seeking a curious and motivated intern to join our team and support the enablement and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents across the organization. This internship is designed for students who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and want to understand how AI is applied in real enterprise environments.

The role focuses on learning how Copilot and Copilot Agents are designed, configured, supported, documented, and communicated to users. No prior professional experience is required. Curiosity, critical thinking, and enthusiasm for AI‑driven solutions are essential.

This internship offers hands‑on exposure to modern AI tools within Microsoft 365, governance considerations, user enablement, and real business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot & Agent Enablement

Support setup, testing, and validation of Copilot Agents in controlled environments Assist with prompt refinement, scoped knowledge sources, and intended use cases Help document agent behavior, limitations, and supported scenarios

User Support & Adoption Assist with internal questions related to Copilot and Copilot Agents Help create simple user guidance, FAQs, and adoption materials Capture user feedback and identify recurring adoption or usage themes

Documentation & Knowledge Management

Create and maintain internal documentation for Copilot Agent usage and support Help structure knowledge articles aligned with existing standards Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and easy to consume

AI Learning & Governance Awareness

Explore Copilot features and new AI capabilities as they are introduced Learn how Copilot Agents are governed, scoped, and aligned with security policies Support tracking of Copilot Agent requests, feedback, and improvement ideas

What we’re looking for

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, any technical or non‑technical field is acceptable.
  • Strong interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence and AI‑powered tools.
  • Willingness to learn how AI is used responsibly in an enterprise environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.

Not Required * No prior experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Agents. * No prior enterprise IT experience. * No coding or scripting experience required.
