Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic university intern to join our team and support Microsoft 365 services. This internship will provide hands-on experience with Messaging and collaboration tools but also Identity management, enhancing your skills and knowledge in a real-world environment.
Key responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining the Microsoft 365 Exchange Online environment.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance to business end-users and application support team members.
• Learn to configure and manage Exchange Online features, such as message trace, mail flow rules, and email security.
• Assist in managing Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, and email policies.
• Gain an understanding of Active Directory attributes, LDAP queries, and PowerShell scripting.
• Support the integration of Exchange Online with other Microsoft 365 services.
• Work with support incident tool Service Now and service incident management flows for incidents, requests.
What we’re looking for
• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Microsoft 365 administration and cloud services.
• Basic understanding of email systems and IT support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new skills.
