Responsibilities:

• Testing software platforms, including developing test plans and scripts, defining test data, etc.
• Work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Collaborate with Development teams
• Keep track of defects, log issues, documents, etc.
• Writing technical documents for internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware or software related problems
• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be independent, self-motivated, detailed oriented, highly organized, able to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines
• Excellent problem solving and fault diagnosis skills
• Ability to use technology to automate procedures/processes
• Ability to summarize encountered issues and possible solutions
• Curiosity for finding various corner cases
