Job Summary:

We have founded CODA Intelligence in Bucharest as one of the most promising cybersecurity startups in the CEE Region with a specific business aim to scale Romanian technology to the global market. CODA’s purpose is to help our customers mitigate exploitability paths associated with exploitable vulnerabilities and/or system misconfigurations. Since 2020 we are VC backed and incorporated in the United States, which now represents the dominant market for our product and services. Currently we are a fast-growing cybersecurity startup looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing part of the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth by validating leads, validating value propositions and selling our cutting-edge cybersecurity products and services to potential clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, extremely motivated, and customer centric individual. Due to our presence in the US, as well as US being our dominant market, a good English proficiency and availability to work on a EST time zone represent minimum requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales pipeline (existing and new) in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Filter Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads(SQL)
  • Execute A/B testing in regard to messaging and/or customer segmentations
  • Execute the end to end Sales Process and generate revenue Growth
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and case studies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities in Romania and abroad
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity industry to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance to management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Passionate about cybersecurity and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry, is a plus.
