Create an app that will: - power on/off/reboot a device via REST API - display device status - actions will be done in separated threads (user can manage one or more devices at a time)

Enhance the power management abilities of the PowerIQ and customize the control of devices from the Engineering lab: - Define custom and flexible device groups - Improve power task scheduling and device control - Create API libraries to allow granular shutdown/power-up of various devices. The implementation will use REST API and may require optional UI to be built.
