Write a user-space application which will analyze incoming network traffic (using network sockets) in order to classify and forward the packets. The classification will be based on different types of priority classes in order to ensure delay requirements imposed by Autonomous Driving, in the presence of different network conditions like Best-Effort traffic. The application must ensure proper classification, buffering and statistics reporting.
