As a software test engineer, you will work with embedded devices and the software ecosystem around them, with a special focus on CodeWarrior Development Tool testing. You will be exposed to different software technologies and software development phases.

Your skills: To ensure your success in this role, you need to feel comfortable working with Linux. Curious about how it works in embedded. Eager to use an oscilloscope while debugging your software and understand how these work together.

If you can answer simple fundamental questions about C/C++, understand how an OS or embedded hardware works or ever done any audio or video apps in Linux which you are able to explain easily your success is guaranteed. Same if you convince that you really, really would like to learn about these.
