📍 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Junior Integration Developer Intern eager to learn how systems communicate and integrate within complex digital environments. In this role, you will support the team in developing and maintaining integration solutions, working with APIs, web services, and data transformations to enable seamless communication between applications. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with integration platforms, middleware technologies, and API lifecycle management, while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to build reliable system integrations.

🔍 What will you do?

• Assist in developing, configuring, and maintaining integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (or similar middleware platforms).

• Support the design and implementation of REST and SOAP-based services for internal and external system integration.

• Work on message transformation and data mapping (XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL).

• Help monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and connectivity issues across systems.

• Participate in API lifecycle management and service versioning.

• Support deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.

• Collaborate with backed, frontend, and infrastructure teams to ensure a seamless system.

• Use Git/GitLab for version control and participate in team-based development workflows.

🎯 What makes you a great fit?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP).

• Familiarity with XML, JSON, and basic data transformation concepts.

• Understanding HTTP, web protocols, and API communication patterns.

• Basic programming knowledge (Java preferred).

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Exposure to TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with other middleware platforms such as WSO2 or MuleSoft.

• Understanding message brokers and messaging systems (JMS, Kafka, etc.).

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Basic knowledge of authentication and security concepts (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS).

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
