The impact you will create

We're seeking a passionate and driven Junior Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and operation of our cutting-edge Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) product. In this role, you'll be involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. You'll be empowered to take ownership of your code and contribute directly to the security of our cloud infrastructure and our customers' environments. • Develop, Test, and Deploy: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Go lang code to implement new features and improve existing functionality within our CSPM product.
• Own Your Code (You Build It, You Run It): Take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of your code, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production.
• Automate Everything: Contribute to the automation of infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring to ensure a smooth and reliable operation of our CSPM product.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with Product Owners, Security Engineers, and other developers to understand requirements, design solutions, and share knowledge.
• Embrace DevOps Principles: Actively participate in our DevOps culture, promoting collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for our CSPM product, including design documents, API specifications, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Code Reviews: Provide constructive feedback on code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Experience and skills you will need

• 1+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Go programming.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures.
• Hands on experience with developing REST APIs.
• Experience working on cloud environment
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• A strong desire to learn about cloud security and CSPM concepts.
• Familiarity with basic security concepts
• Open minded, fast learner, solution oriented

Nice to have

• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing unit and integration tests
• Experience with cloud security tools and technologies
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS, NIST)
• Experience with private cloud platforms (OpenStack)
