Program overview
It will be a mix of networking trainings followed by practice sessions based on the technologies introduced in the trainings In terms of content, is going to be a mixed of CCNA training with specific advanced tehnologies required for the job During the internship program we will swap the training/practice approch with a scenario-based full scale topologies for you to configure and troubleshoot You will have also shadowing days, in which you will be assisting us doing networking The target of this program is that by the end of the program to be at the CCNA level, ready to be integrated in our networking team, with posibility to obtain CCNA certification
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- We provide consulting services for IT teams from all over Europe on: how to build a network, how to maintain it and what went wrong with an existing network
- We do this work on equipments from all the big networking vendors: Cisco, HP Enterprise (owning Aruba), Huawei and Fortinet
- We are aiming to have standards and solutions suitable for many locations either at country Headquarter, Warehouse or Store level.
- All of those while making sure that everything is documented
Skills, Qualifications And Experience
- Student or fresh graduate - IT university background
- Networking university courses or CCNA module 1
- Good knowledge of the Windows operating system (MacOS is also fine)
- Passionate to develop your knowledge and learn new technologies and concepts
- Open to travel and help on site other teams based in European countries after internship/trainee period
- B2 level of English
Qualifications that we consider an advantage
- CCNA module 2 or 3
- Prior possition as IT Support / Service Desk
- Ability to speak German
