The Impact You Will Create

Join us for a 3-month internship where you’ll:

  • Perform workstation/software installations/upgrades for existing users and new hire users: Windows 10/11 installation and user configuration/restores
  • Laptop replacements and repairs
  • Execution of Second-Level-Support activities in established subject areas, inter alia for IT hardware and workstation software
  • Processing IT service requests and orders as prescribed in the adopted IT service catalog (hardware, software, rights, services)
  • Accepting, checking approvals, executing, finalizing and documenting IT service orders
  • Setting up meetings with IT users / specialized departments
  • Participating in the performance of established administration tasks (e.g. assigning software installation packages, setting up user accounts and permissions, activating network accesses)
  • On-site intervention provision
  • Performing IT activities at the user's place of work, in chat rooms or classrooms
  • Setting up, moving or dismantling IT workstations, telephones or printers
  • Cabling and connection work in the network and at network distributors
