As a deep tech start-up, Veridion is building the single source of truth for company data across all industries. By processing billions of websites and petabytes of data every week, we uncover a deep understanding of what defines a business.

Our work creates new capabilities through real advances in data infrastructure, machine learning, and large-scale systems built from scratch: systems that crawl, process, and learn from massive amounts of unstructured data, at scale.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your role

You’ll contribute to real product work, alongside a high-performance team operating in a high-stakes environment. Your tasks will vary (Data, Machine Learning, Delivery, Crawling, Infrastructure), depending on where you can create the most leverage when you join and the skills that generate the most impact at first, while you ramp up and expand into the rest. This will give you the opportunity to reach your first production deployment within the first 30 days, contributing directly to core product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to data, ML, crawling, infra, or delivery projects based on team priorities.
  • Ramp up on unfamiliar areas through hands-on work and guided learning.
  • Design and ship production-grade components that integrate into live systems.
  • Write code that survives scale, not just local testing.
  • Investigate failures, trace root causes, and fix them at the source.
  • Take ownership of problems that aren’t perfectly defined and shape them into something solvable.
  • Reach your first production deployment within your first month, earning trust through delivery.

There’s no list of tech requirements for this internship.

  • The only real requirement is solving the challenges in the recruitment process, using any language, stack, or tools you’re comfortable with.
  • What matters is how you think, how much effort you put into truly understanding the problem, and how you structure and document your approach.
  • A sophisticated solution means nothing if it solves the wrong problem.
  • If you define the problem poorly, everything that follows will be flawed.
