We seek a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with the internal processes and collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and policies to customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions to resolve problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further assistance and resolution by opening issues on GitHub.
  • Stay updated on product features, releases, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling challenging situations.

Requirements

Education:

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Soft skills:

  • Communication skills - excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills - ability to troubleshoot complex issues, analytical thinking, curiosity to dive into the problems.
  • Interpersonal skills - be emphatic both with the customers and with the whole team; be user-centric and a great team player.
  • Remember to see feedback as an opportunity to improve your work.

Technical skills:

  • Fundamental understanding of WordPress - navigate through the dashboard and install themes/plugins; any previous project is considered an advantage
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge; JavaScript (jQuery), PHP
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with GitHub is considered an advantage

What’s the process like?
