What you will do

• Understand the customer’s network and systems architecture, liaise with applications experts, operations staff, and users to determine requirements and how to provide quick resolution for technical issues.
• Learn how to perform initial troubleshooting on production systems and investigate application errors.
• Assure the accurate functionality of the application and the system on which the application is installed by following routine maintenance and by implementing the technical procedures.

You will bring

• Technical studies graduate, with IT and/or Telecommunications applicability.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Perseverance, curiosity about detailing and problem-solving, analytical technical thinking.
• Understanding of IT fundamentals and system architecture
• IP networking fundamentals
• Operating Systems understanding
