We’re looking for someone who understands how ideas can travel, how a 15–30 second video can spark curiosity, stop the scroll, and make someone want to explore more.
This is a role for someone who wants to learn how creativity meets psychology meets performance.
What You’ll Do
You’ll create short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, from concept to final export.
You’ll:
- Write short, punchy scripts (hooks, body, CTAs)
- Edit videos in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- Research trends and adapt them to our products
- Work with UGC, stock footage, in-app footage, and AI tools
- Create multiple variations and test them
- Learn how performance data shapes creative decisions
You’ll experiment constantly. Some ideas will flop. Some will scale massively. You’ll learn from both.
What We’re Looking For:
You enjoy making content that makes people stop scrolling.
You’re curious about why some ads work and others don’t. You care about hooks, pacing, captions, and psychology.
If you’ve already created video ads (for brands, side projects, or your own experiments), that’s a strong plus.
English fluency is required - all our content is in English.
