Why This Role Exists
We’re scaling multiple consumer apps used by millions of people worldwide, so this role is for someone who wants to understand how product, marketing, and engineering connect in real life.
You won’t just build pages. You’ll learn how modern growth teams actually work: starting from a metric, forming a hypothesis, shipping fast, measuring impact, and iterating without ego.
You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, and Monetization and see how experiments directly influence revenue.
What You’ll Learn & Do
You’ll learn how to build and improve web funnels that drive conversions. That means understanding user journeys, experimenting with flows, and optimizing checkout and subscription experiences.
You’ll:
- Implement and iterate on A/B tests.
- Integrate analytics and tracking properly.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to ship improvements.
- Use AI coding tools to speed up development.
- Think in terms of impact, not just implementation.
You’ll contribute to real experiments from early on and see what works (and what doesn’t).
Tech You’ll Work With
React, Next.js, TypeScript, Stripe, Amplitude, and modern A/B testing tools. You don’t need to know everything on day one — you’ll learn fast by building.
